Position Overview:
We, Pixon Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive to join our Module Sales team at
Pixon Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the solar module manufacturing
industry. As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth
and expanding our market presence through effective customer engagement and
relationship management. Your passion for renewable energy, combined with your
sales expertise, will contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable energy
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for solar modules within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to educate customers about our solar module offerings and value proposition.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closure:
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales transactions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to solar module sales.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales management team on market dynamics and customer feedback.
5. Sales Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and logistics teams, to support sales efforts and address customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the solar energy industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of solar module products, technical specifications, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
